In order to better implement the "Year of Management Improvement" of Hefei Institute, improve the management level of each department, and straighten out the problems encountered by each department in their work. In the afternoon of November 15, 2022, the Safety and Environment Department, Operation Department and Processing Plant of Central Asia Environmental Protection Corporation held a departmental communication meeting in the conference room on the second floor of the Cement Research Institute Industrial Park.

At the beginning of the meeting, Xie Jie, Deputy General Manager of Hefei Central Asia Environmental Protection Company, gave a brief speech. Then Zheng Xiangyi, Director of the Safety and Environment Department, Shi Yong, Director of the Operation Department, and Hu Zezhong, Director of the processing plant introduced the work functions and personnel of their own departments, as well as the problems encountered in their work. The participants from all departments also made warm speeches and discussions. Shi Yong, the head of the Operation Department, put forward relevant suggestions on the quality inspection of purchased parts in the future; Hu Zezhong, the director of the processing plant, also put forward relevant opinions on quality and safety hazards, and Zheng Xiangyi, the director of the Safety and Environment Department, explained the diagonal dimension of equipment processing proposed by the Operation Department. Finally, each department discussed the equipment nameplate, equipment appearance, drawing design, etc., hoping to improve the company's external image.

Finally, Xie Jie, the deputy general manager of Central Asia Environmental Protection Company, also summarized the department communication meeting: 1. The quality inspection of purchased parts and equipment should be carried out by individuals, and the quality problems found out should be tracked and rectified in a timely manner to form a closed-loop work; 2. All departments should support each other and work as a whole. We should fully cooperate with the Planning and Operation Department to provide services.
Through this face-to-face communication between various departments, we not only deepened the feelings among colleagues, but also straightened out the problems encountered by various departments in their work, reduced the internal contradictions in the work, and improved the work efficiency. Although only a short half day of communication, it laid a good foundation for better carrying out their own work in the future, and achieved the purpose of this departmental communication.
